Questions & Answers
What you would ask me before the portrait session
How are we going to arrange the photoshoot?
We discuss and book the date, time and location of the session.
Am I supposed to bring my own clothes?
Yes it' good if you can bring your own clothes 2-3 looks, I can also provide clothes for the photo shoot which I sometimes do.
I have never done anything like this before so I was wondering if you are going to give me an idea how to 'pose'
Throughout the portrait session, I will guide you in every detail:
Body movements, your gaze, the feelings inside yourself.
If necessary, we’ll do a little practice to relieve the tension in your mind and body.
When I receive my images?
Usually between 7- 14 working days for a portrait photo shoot, but it could be sooner or a bit longer depending on how busy I am at that moment
If I don't want my photos to be published on your website / Instagram
Yes, this is possible, but you must let me know before the photo shoot. I will add 20% of the cost of the photo session for privacy.
A portfolio is an important part of a photographer’s work, so that clients can see my work.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book a photo shoot?
If you want, yes, but it’s not necessary. You will receive an invoice after the photo session or after you receive the photos.
Does the portrait session also include one or two photos where a bit more of the full body is visible?
Normally, I start with close-up portraits and then move to half-length portraits.
If a client would like a full-length shot, I usually prefer to photograph them sitting on a chair to create a more interesting composition — but yes, full-body standing portraits are also possible.
Does the price for the portrait shoot also include different outfits, or just one look?
I usually recommend bringing three different looks, and I do not charge anything extra for outfit changes.
You are welcome to bring more if you wish — the only limitation is our one-hour session.
How many photos will I receive from the photoshoot?
Usually you will receive around 50–100 edited photos from the photoshoot.
